Spiritual
Dad attended Stake Conference Meetings on Saturday and Sunday. He really enjoyed them.

I had to cancel my temple appointment due to the health requirements and Dad did not get an appointment this week.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day.

I have indexed 15,344 records and reviewed 31,214 records so far this year.

Week of April 3-9, 2022

Spiritual
Saturday and Sunday were wonderful as we enjoyed all the talks in General Conference. I was able to learn so much and have already chosen things to work on the next six months, especially forgiveness. We had no special eats, and I watched the Woman's Broadcast alone on the couch, but the messages were strong and increased my faith.

I was able to perform initiatory ordinances at the temple this week.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day.

I have indexed 13,660 records and reviewed 27,770 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
The Wilkins family had a good week full of work and school. All are doing well.

The Ethan Rice Family
Some pics from the campout last weekend.

The Doran Rice Family
Doran, Amber and family are doing well. Doran helped Nathan pour concrete borders in his back yard on Saturday. They also enjoyed attended the Easter Pageant at the Mesa Temple.

Morgan
Morgan is doing well and is working again.

Kayty
Kayty's week started with a day off and another baseball Spring Training game. She enjoyed herself. She worked the rest of the week and had a Saturday of reading.

1 major and 1 minor save.

The Nathan Rice Family
This family had a good week though Ellie and Emma are still having some intestinal troubles. Nothing serious so just boring food. Nathan worked on prepping their yard for the border pour. Annie enjoyed school this week. They also got to attend a birthday party for Ellie's friend on Saturday.

I remember this doll. I don't remember her being a Christmas gift, but I do remember one time my Mom had scolded me for something and I colored the dolls face with a crayon since I thought she looked like my mom.

Dad's Garden
We gathered and dried a ton of oregano this week. Got a few tomatoes....and tossed the seeds Dad planted that did not grow up into what he planted.

Other highlights
Dad had a work seminar all week at the Engines site so he had long drives and long days.

I got the crud going around on Saturday and was sick for the full 24 hours.

Week of March 22 - April 2, 2022

Spiritual
We had such a wonderful Fast and Testimony meeting as many bore their testimonies. Our bishop had lost a 9-year-old nephew to sudden death in his sleep a couple of weeks ago and he expressed his faith in families and eternity. Primary was a zoo again. Glad we have a couple of weeks to regroup.

We were able to get appointments to attend the temple this week, but due to my cold and temple list restrictions I had to cancel mine and make it for later. Dad attended a session on Thursday evening.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day. I completed my eighth time through conference right before it started on Saturday morning.

I have indexed 11,873 records and reviewed 25,341 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
Wilkins family continues to do well and be busy with work, school, sports and other activities.
Some pics of Josh's soccer game:

The Ethan Rice Family
We were blessed to see some videos of both Wade and Kaylee playing baseball and hitting the ball. They both did such a good job and are having such a fun time.

The Doran Rice Family
This family had a busy and pretty good week. Amber is enjoying her new job position.

Morgan
Morgan is healing nicely from his burn accident but had to miss some work days due to it.

Kayty
Kayty worked back on site for three days a week and from home on Thursday and Friday. She does enjoy getting back and dressing up a bit. She attended a Spring Training Game on Friday night.
She actually got to see Chris Bryant up close and got his autograph on her baseball!

The Nathan Rice Family
The girls continued with sickness off and on all week while Jessica fed them rice cakes and apples and cleaned up the messes. Nathan powered through his final week of long hours for the quarter. His yard continues to progress and they are now working on adding some cabinets to their kitchen. The girls are feeling much better and Annie enjoyed a visit from the tooth fairy.

Dad's Garden
Dad picked the last few cabbages and got a few heirloom tomatoes off the vines. He did not plant heirloom tomatoes, but they are welcome. Dad continues to pick citrus and juice it.

Not sure where in California this is. I am with my Aunt Muriel Kew but her apartment was a duplex one level place.

I realized I never gave the address of the house I lived in till I was eight. Address: 4130 West Tuckey Lane Phoenix Arizona.

Other highlights
We finished sanding and sealing the kitchen tabletop and got it all put together. It looks nice.

Dad finally got his gas expenses approved by his supervisor after months of waiting. This one may just win the worst supervisor award! But, with Honeywell, things change and change frequently so hopefully she will move up the ladder as is her main goal and a new person will replace her.
