Family, since I am heading to Rexburg on the 1st, I posted the blog as of when I left, and will post when I return. Pics will be easier to keep track of this way.

Spiritual
We had a lovely day at church on Sunday. A new couple in our ward spoke in our Sacrament Meeting, as well as Sydney Larsen, one of our young women who is an amazing speaker always. We learned more about the Abrahamic Covenant in Sunday School and our patriarchal blessings, and the Young Women joined us in Relief Society to discuss the Sacrament.
I attended choir practice in the afternoon. Later that evening, I attended our semi annual get together with the Women's Prison leadership and letter writers. It is always a very uplifting meeting. We first heard about the Substance Abuse Program the church has, which John and Wendy Berghian teach on Tuesday afternoons. We saw a couple of the videos presented. What a great support to help people overcome their addictions through Jesus Christ, and then to remain in recovery. We each got time to talk about our inmate sister. As we spoke, we received from President Day our original letter copies, as they had been kept for safety reasons and we were sent electronic copies. President and the branch council felt things were going well so we received them. What a treasure. I even got the original copy of the photo of Jessie. Such a nice evening and the perfect spiritual shot in the arm!
I wasn't able to attend Blue and Gold Banquet but five of our eight cub scouts earned their Wolf Badge. We lost three of them to the Bear Den next month. Dad had a Court of Honor right afterward.
I have indexed and reviewed over 7055 records so far this year.
I am in 1 Nephi 7 in my Book of Mormon reading.

Kayty
Kayty had a job interview on Monday and Tuesday. She accepted a job that begins on March 12, but still was not totally solid on it as of Tuesday afternoon. She went on Wednesday and did testing to be a City of Phoenix police dispatcher. The tests were real life situation and were tough (classifying what municipal service to send out while at the same time typing in a VIN into a computer. She did take the job at Chub Insurance and will begin on Monday, March 12.

Four lows this week, one major. Dad is very worried if he can take care of her. Keep him in your prayers. She is not very cooperative with him when she is coherent. I am praying a lot!
The Nathan Rice Family
I spoke with Nathan, Jessica, Anna and Ellie by FaceTime after I returned home. Dad had already visited with them for awhile on his own. They are making decisions as to whether Nathan should pursue his Master's Degree in Pocatello since there are good financial incentives. Might be a great option with the girls so small. So much harder to make those decisions when you have older kids. Nathan's week was filled with classes, homework, projects and tests. Ellie now has two teeth.
Dad's Garden
Turnips, cabbage and snow peas are continuing to thrive. Covers were taken off the tomatoes and most survived our late season cold weather.
Year of the House Part 2
Dad purchased the floor tile and prepared to cut the large slab of stone that will be wall trim and floor moulding.
Other highlights
Took Nano shopping, to get lab work done, and to the bank on Wednesday.
