Spiritual
Sunday was good. We enjoyed good speakers in church and the choir sang. Primary lesson went well and the kids are getting used to each other and us. The rest of the day was quiet as we studied and rested.
Dee was able to attend the temple this week on Thursday evening.
My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day.
I have indexed 4791 records and reviewed 2411 records so far this year.
Family
The Wilkins Family
Busy week for Wilkins family this week.
The Ethan Rice Family
The Doran Rice Family
Doran, Amber, Kelsie and Kooper had a busy week at work and school. Doran and Kooper came over and worked with dad and some nearby dirt to try to find gold. Nathan gave dad stuff to try gold panning and processing before they moved and Dad has always wanted to try it. Lots of work. Kooper found one grain (as in grain of sand) of gold.
Morgan
Morgan and Cassie had a busy week at work.
Kayty
The Nathan Rice Family
This family is doing well, though they struggled with week with colds. The girls were not happy having to miss gymnastics lessons and homeschool co-op, but they were very excited about signing up for softball and tball. Three girls, three teams. The family tried fishing on Friday but it is still a bit cold.
Dad's Garden
Dad purchased new tomato plants to supplement the plants he already had. Peas, chard, carrots and turnips are doing well.
Other highlights
Dad got a crown at the dentist.
I visited mom and payed her monthly fees. She was actually awake and we visited, or rather i talked and she smiled. She is doing well.
