Week of November 13 - 19, 2022

Spiritual
We enjoyed lovely Sacrament Meeting on Sunday. Two of my former cub scouts spoke as well as a couple from the ward. Primary was crazy as ever.

We were able to attend the temple this week.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day.

I have indexed 41,924 records and reviewed 78,903 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
The Wilkins Family celebrated Allison's birthday partially on the road to and from activities, and partially with yummy take-out food and a movie at home. They participated in an annual Christmas Pajama run this week. They had been struggling with illness so they did the walking portion but did so and had a great time. School is very busy this time of year, and so Allison and the three younger kids are busy with sports banquets, choir workshops and everything else. They are all well...or getting well from a bug that has rocked their home.

The Ethan Rice Family
Ethan continues to recover from his surgery. He had a few set backs but is still able to work from home and Cameo and the kids are doing well at school and work. Wade had a special Thankgiving kindergarten program on Friday.

The Doran Rice Family
Doran and Amber are doing well and are very busy. Kids are doing well in school.

Morgan
Morgan and Cassie stopped by this week. They are doing well and are busy working.

Kayty
Kayty was back working on site four days this week. She also had a special Thanksgiving luncheon on Thursday she really enjoyed.

The Nathan Rice Family
This was the final week in their home so there was lots of packing with homeschool, Nathan's working extra required hours and getting well. As a reward for all the hard work, Jessica got an online deal and Thursday night/ Friday was spent at Great Wolf Lodge. Move out day was Saturday.

Dad's Garden
We are getting lots of chard and now carrots are coming up.

Other highlights
Dad has been spending a few extra moments each day working on cleaning the garage.

Thanksgiving is well underway as I complete my daily lists of duties. Two turkeys were cooked this week. One just to eat and one the Roast Turkey for Thanksgiving Day. Lots of bone broth and drippings made for many gravy batches on Saturday.
