Week of November 6 - 12, 2022

Spiritual
We were so thankful to have a wonderful fast and testimony meeting on Sunday. Many wonderful testimonies of Jesus Christ were shared. Primary went well and we had a nice quiet Sunday.

Phoenix Temple is on shutdown this week.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day.

I have indexed 41,176 records and reviewed 78,144 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
The Wilkins Family is doing well and continues to be busy with work, school, and church.

Happy Birthday, Allison on Saturday.

The Ethan Rice Family
This was a typical busy week for this family. Ethan is doing better each day. Happy Birthday to big Wade!

The Doran Rice Family
Doran, Amber and family are doing well and are very busy.

Morgan
No news from Morgan this week.

Kayty
Kayty was back to work on-site and did pretty well.

The Nathan Rice Family
Nathan was finally given a start date for his new job: January 9, 2023 so they completed the signing of the offer on their house and will move in with Jessica's mom next weekend. They had colds this week so it was pretty low-key for them.

Dad's Garden
Garden is doing well and Dad is eating his first chard.

Other highlights
We were blessed to be able to vote in person for our governor, though it has been again fraught with problems. We arrived at 10:20 am and the ink in the ballot printer ran out at 10:30 am. Apparently, this had only happened in more conservative areas. We still have no final count and there are many significant abnormalities as there were two years ago. We are praying that actual votes are counted and that what the people actually voted for is what happens.

Dad had a brief back-and-forth trip to California this week. He also got recognized at a Company  Town Hall for the work he had done.
