Week of April 28 - May 4, 2024

Spiritual
Sunday was good and we enjoyed wonderful talks at church by a new family. We were surprised in primary as teachers when they took us down the hall during singing time and gave us cake and thanks for what we are doing. Class went pretty well though I don't think they really associated those pretty crowns we made with King Benjamin.

Dad talked with Cliff, and Nathan called as he was finishing up for the day.

Dee was able to attend the temple this week on Wednesday evening.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day.

I have indexed 23.481 records and reviewed 11,126 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
Allison Shared:
Senior Sunday! Every hard night when she was a newborn, every tantrum as a toddler, her crazy stage where she tortured her brothers as a child, her moody pre-teen years, and our shenanigans during her teen years were all worth it because every single day was made of decisions and actions and words that helped us build an incredible relationship. She is my little bestie forever and ever.

Their family has been surviving some pretty rough illesses lately. Stomach, fever, lungs. Hopefully they will be on the mend soon. Allison is taking her final tests. Mike has been so conscientious to work exta hours to pay for those tests. Everyone is doing great (except Josh was really sick as we spoke) and Grace is looking forward to graduation in a few weeks.

The Ethan Rice Family
Busy week at Ethan and Cameo's house as sports continue and the school year winds down.

The Doran Rice Family
Doran, Amber and family had a good and busy week with work and school.

Morgan
No news from Morgan and Cassie this week.

Kayty
Kayty had a good work week and a quiet Saturday.

The Nathan Rice Family
Nathan and Jessica finished cleaning up and final move out this week and are happily settling in their new home. Ellie face timed me and gave me a great tour. They love the back yard and the above ground pool. Nathan is now tasked with mowing three acres of lawn and taking care of trees. They are doing well.

Dad's Garden
Tomatoes are still surviving. The new chicks are doing well and managing not to anger the other hens. Two are still sitting on eggs.

Other highlights
I finally finished installing the trim in the living room, what ended up being a three year off and on project.
