Week of February 25 - March 2, 2024

Spiritual
We had a good Sunday. Nice talk by a young man in our ward who recently returned from serving a mission in Chile. Primary was interesting but we survived.

Dee was able to attend the temple this week.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day.

I have indexed 7409 records and reviewed 5769 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
No news from the Wilkins this week.

The Ethan Rice Family
Cameo shared:
It is with a very heavy heart that I make this post. My Dad, Wade Wallin, passed away on Sunday, February 25th, at the age of 76. In November 2023, he was hospitalized with septic pneumonia, and was diagnosed with ALS. During his hospitalization, new devices such as a ventilator, tracheostomy, PEG (feeding) tube, and catheter became a part of his life these last 3 months.

Dad’s funeral services will be held on
Thursday, March 7th at
Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary
200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027
Visitation 9:30am-10:15am
Service 10:15am-11:15am
Burial 11:30am

Wade was a dear friend and helped us so much around our home. Helped us repair drywall damage, put in a new master bathroom, build my amazing holiday decor hut, and build our wonderful patio roof. He will be sorely missed.

The Doran Rice Family
Doran and Amber had a good week at work and the kids had a good week at school.

Morgan
No news from Morgan this week.

Kayty
Kayty had a good week at work and spent Saturday at another Spring Training game.

1 major save this week.

The Nathan Rice Family
Nathan has been given a big assignment that is keeping him very busy. The girls are well and had a good week at home school, gymnastics,

Dad's Garden
Tomato plants are getting bigger. Winter garden is fading.

Other highlights
Lots of yard work this week. We took down most of the back yard mesquite tree that had fallen over in a wind storm.
