Week of March 10 - March 16, 2024

Spiritual
I attended a meeting with the sisters I teach with, the primary presidency, and the primary chorister to work out a plan for our special needs sunbeam, Ana. We had such great counsel from the presidency as also. We tried quite a few things, but Ana had a rough day from the beginning of Sacrament meeting. Plus her mom was not on the same page about how we should work with her. Problem is that we are just three older women trying to do our best to help her. We are not trained professionals. My lesson did go all right and the rest of Sunday was good.

Dee was able to attend the temple this week on Friday.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day.

I have indexed 9973 records and reviewed 7742 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
The Wilkins Family has been very busy. Sam's musical had four performances, plus there were teacher conferences that kept Allison at school for long days into the evening. Mike's job is doing great and when he had a day off, he and Adam repaired Allison's car radiator, water pump plus other things. Adam continues to work at the theater and enjoys that. Grace is now on her final quarter of high school. She attended the Saturday night dance recently and had a fun time. Senior pictures are coming soon. Josh tried out and made the school soccer team. He has also been accepted into a magnet high school and will study sports medicine. He will also be able to participate in Las Vegas High sports. Sam had a wonderful time performing and was sad when everything was over. This upcoming week is Spring Break and they have plans do an escape room. Allison will also work ahead on schooling to make it through till the end of the year.

The Ethan Rice Family
Back to work and school this week, plus laCrosse and softball practices. Wade helped juice some of the citrus they took back home.

The Doran Rice Family
Doran, Amber, Kelsie and Kooper had a good week.

Morgan
No news from Morgan this week. They are both probably very busy at work.

Kayty
Kayty had a good work week.

The Nathan Rice Family
This family had a busy week. Work went well for Nathan. The girls were feeling better and were able to attend gymnastics and their softball practices.

Dad's Garden
Garden going well. Rain on Friday helped out too.

Other highlights
On Tuesday, headed to Discount Tire for 4 new tires. We had been struggling with leaky tires for awhile and it had become a weekly refill activity so we bit the bullet.

Thursday...not a highlight by the way...I had two fillings put in.
