Week of January 27 - February 2, 2019

Highlights:

Spiritual
Sunday was good and we enjoyed Sacrament Meeting and our other meetings. I attended choir practice in the afternoon on Sunday.

I had scout meeting and the night went well. We will find out next Sunday about all the changes with new leaders and combining with another ward. Dad's scouts had a planning meeting.

Attended a session at the temple on Tuesday morning and Dad attended on Thursday evening.

I am continuing listening to a General Conference talk every day. I am on my fourth time through. I am reading in the Book of Mormon and the February Ensign Magazine.

I have indeced 2525 records and reviewed 2363 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
The Wilkins family is still making it through with no washing machine and only one car working. Mike worked on Saturday to repair the car. The week went well and fun times are had while the younger boys wait for Grace's play practices to end after school.

The Ethan Rice Family
Last Friday, Ethan and Kaylee enjoyed a Doughnuts with Dads party at school.

Kaylee celebrated Ground Hog Day at school too.
And here are some pics of Ethan's work in the basement...

The Doran Rice Family
Doran and Amber and family had a good week, sprinkled with getting over illness. They are looking at a new home and hope to be able to work toward moving into that. They came over Friday night so Dad and Amber could get started on some genealogy. Kelsie loved her experience at the temple and wants to return to perform more baptismal ordinances. They are also looking into purchasing a new home with acreage and are investigating that possibility now.

Morgan
Morgan, Aimee and Emileigh are doing well.

Kayty
Kayty had a good week at work.

The Nathan Rice Family
Nathan and Jessica received a church calling while they live in our ward for a few months on Sunday. They had a good week and Nathan got his first paycheck in a very long time. They had to wait for Nathan to be removed from our health insurance before he was permitted to sign up on his own...and they still havent been able to complete that. Work is going well and he enjoys the part of the project hs is working on.

Dad's Garden
Garden is growing well. I have picked lots of snow peas, tomatoes and carrots, and dad has eaten lots of turnips too.

Other highlights
Dad is trying to find new Honeywell suppliers, which took him on trips to Prescott, Tucson and will take him to Utah next week.
