Week of March 22 - April 2, 2022

Spiritual
We had such a wonderful Fast and Testimony meeting as many bore their testimonies. Our bishop had lost a 9-year-old nephew to sudden death in his sleep a couple of weeks ago and he expressed his faith in families and eternity. Primary was a zoo again. Glad we have a couple of weeks to regroup.

We were able to get appointments to attend the temple this week, but due to my cold and temple list restrictions I had to cancel mine and make it for later. Dad attended a session on Thursday evening.

My daily morning foundation of General Conference talk(s), prayer, scripture study and Come Follow Me study continues each day. I completed my eighth time through conference right before it started on Saturday morning.

I have indexed 11,873 records and reviewed 25,341 records so far this year.

Family

The Wilkins Family
Wilkins family continues to do well and be busy with work, school, sports and other activities.
Some pics of Josh's soccer game:

The Ethan Rice Family
We were blessed to see some videos of both Wade and Kaylee playing baseball and hitting the ball. They both did such a good job and are having such a fun time.

The Doran Rice Family
This family had a busy and pretty good week. Amber is enjoying her new job position.

Morgan
Morgan is healing nicely from his burn accident but had to miss some work days due to it.

Kayty
Kayty worked back on site for three days a week and from home on Thursday and Friday. She does enjoy getting back and dressing up a bit. She attended a Spring Training Game on Friday night.
She actually got to see Chris Bryant up close and got his autograph on her baseball!

The Nathan Rice Family
The girls continued with sickness off and on all week while Jessica fed them rice cakes and apples and cleaned up the messes. Nathan powered through his final week of long hours for the quarter. His yard continues to progress and they are now working on adding some cabinets to their kitchen. The girls are feeling much better and Annie enjoyed a visit from the tooth fairy.

Dad's Garden
Dad picked the last few cabbages and got a few heirloom tomatoes off the vines. He did not plant heirloom tomatoes, but they are welcome. Dad continues to pick citrus and juice it.

Family History
Slides from Nano's collection continue

Not sure where in California this is. I am with my Aunt Muriel Kew but her apartment was a duplex one level place.

I realized I never gave the address of the house I lived in till I was eight. Address: 4130 West Tuckey Lane Phoenix Arizona.

Other highlights
We finished sanding and sealing the kitchen tabletop and got it all put together. It looks nice.

Dad finally got his gas expenses approved by his supervisor after months of waiting. This one may just win the worst supervisor award! But, with Honeywell, things change and change frequently so hopefully she will move up the ladder as is her main goal and a new person will replace her.
